At Frame World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new frame isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the frames in their original protective packaging and include the packing slip to ensure safe transit and quick processing.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
